Lovely little place with a very nice vibe and the obligatory hipster manager. Great, smiley and polite service from the youth. Online (web and table QR) menu is quite different from the printed menu, which is a bit odd. Ordered grilled chicken burger (via QR) and ended up with a massive deep fried version. Flimsy and broken brollies meant a bit of sunburn for our party. Still, recommended all the same. Edit: Quite a nasty response from the business (even though I gave 14 out of 15 stars), seems I touched a nerve. Progressive businesses welcome feedback, others just get defensive. C'est la vie.

Fox & Bow in Farrer excels at pairing genuine, friendly customer service with a beautifully executed Egg & Bacon roll. If you’re after a vibrant neighbourhood café that delivers great food, excellent coffee, and a warm local welcome, it’s hard to top this spot. We have been coming here since its beginning and it’s an easy choice for us.

Fox and Bow is hands down the best breakfast spot I've been to! From the moment you walk in, the cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The menu is full of delicious and unique options, with something for everyone. The staff are so welcoming and make the place even better!

What a busy little place! Was packed for 8am on a Sunday, tables nearly full and plenty of people coming in and out for takeaway. We enjoyed the ham and cheese toastie and the fritters! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food was incredible. Portion sizes were so generous, we simply could not finish it all. Really enjoyed and would return again to try some other items on the menu.

Nice place for breakfast/brunch in Canberra. Friendly staff with good atmosphere serving good selection of food. It's a little pricy but it is Canberra!!!

One of the things my family and I were looking forward to upon moving to Farrer was trying Fox and Bow, one of the most renowned cafes in Canberra. From our old place, it could be a 30-minute drive, but now it’s a five-minute walk from our place. Our first time there, my daughter had a classic chicken and bacon burger and chips, which were quite nice. My wife had Spanish eggs, which she said were definitely among the best breakfast dishes she's had in any cafe in Canberra. But I have to tell you that the Japanese curry crab omelette will be worth a drive from any point in the ACT. Positively exploding with flavour, this omelette is inventive, textured, and absolutely unforgettable. A Must-try for anyone who loves crab. I understand now why Fox and Bow earned this stellar reputation. No doubt, this Farrer Café will be the site of many happy breakfast memories for me and my family in the years to come.
